About Karen
Karen Henry has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association since 1996 and is accredited by the Law Society of BC as a family law mediator. She practises family law and adoptions as well as estate and incapacity planning, and is a founding member of the BC Collaborative Roster Society and a longtime member of the Victoria Collaborative Family Law Group. She has served on the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law and Wills and Trusts sub-sections, including as co-chair of the Wills and Trusts sub-section.
