About Karanbir
Dhariwal was called to the Alberta Bar in February 2025 and practises corporate-commercial transactions and civil litigation for business owners, corporations, and professionals. His transactional work includes share structures, corporate reorganizations, asset and share purchases, business dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, and risk-allocation agreements. On the litigation side he handles contractual and commercial disputes, construction and contractor conflicts, and real estate disputes. Before law school he worked in business and corporate sales. He appears before the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench.
