About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a family law lawyer with broad experience handling separation and divorce, property division, parenting time and decision-making disputes, and child and spousal support. She combines litigation skill with alternative dispute resolution to help clients reach amicable outcomes where possible. Kaitlyn appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, and has assisted senior counsel on appeals to the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. She holds a JD, an MA in Political Science, and a BA (Honours) in Political Science, all from the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the bar in 2017. Kaitlyn is active in her hometown of Guelph, serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity Guelph Wellington and, previously, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis.
