Kaitlin Smiley litigates complex civil and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, oppression claims, corporate disputes, negligence and professional liability, class actions, product liability and societies matters. Smiley advises insurance underwriters on coverage matters and has represented corporations in the pharmaceutical, financial and real estate sectors, appearing before all levels of BC court and the Canadian Federal Courts. Smiley is active in the Canadian Bar Association's class actions, civil litigation, maritime and insurance subsections.
