About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Jordan is Senior Counsel at JFK Law's Toronto office, working with the firm's Indigenous Wealth Creation Group on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory law with a focus on Indigenous economic development. A member of the Six Nations of the Grand River, she began her career at a national firm in Toronto working on an offshore hedge fund launch, renewable energy financing, and First Nations land claims. Elizabeth has also advised Indigenous groups on complaints to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and co-developed the inaugural Indigenous Economic Development course at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She serves on the boards of Haven Toronto and Anishnawbe Health Foundation and is working toward an LL.M. at the University of Toronto.
