About Justine

Justine earned her Juris Doctor at the University of Manitoba, where she ranked among the top ten students in her class every year, placing her on the Dean's Honour List from 2015 through 2017. Her academic record brought her several prizes, including recognition for top marks in constitutional law and in intellectual property law, along with the Manitoba Law Journal Prize. She also won awards for oral advocacy at the Harold G. Fox Moot, as well as at the Robson Hall Negotiations Competition. During her second year, Justine was chosen as one of four students to complete a clerkship with the Manitoba Court of Appeal. She belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto branch of LEAF, and The Advocates' Society, and serves on the Ontario Bar Association's Women Lawyers Forum executive team and its alternative dispute resolution section executive for 2025-2026.
