She has appeared in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench and represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and prompt payment adjudications, and advises clients on privacy and access-to-information matters. Justine completed her articles with the firm in 2023, having previously worked with PCL Construction's in-house legal team and as a policy improvement analyst at the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She now instructs the University of Alberta's competitive moot program, coaching the school's Wilson Moot team. Justine earned her BA and JD, both with Distinction, from the University of Alberta, and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2023.
