About Justine

Justine A. Dalton's practice covers commercial litigation, family law, and employment law. She articled with Duncan, Linton LLP and stayed on as an associate after her 2017 call to the bar. Raised in Waterloo, she earned an honours BA in psychology from the University of Waterloo before attending the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in Halifax, where she completed her JD in 2016. While at Dalhousie, she volunteered with the Dalhousie Journal of Legal Studies and Pro Bono Students Canada, sitting on its Pro Bono Advisory Committee, and played on the university's intramural curling team.
