About Justin

Justin graduated from the School of Law at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Advanced) in Politics and Religion from the University of Manitoba. During law school he competed in numerous moot court, debate and negotiation tournaments, including representing the School of Law at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn Moot Court in London. He has appeared before the Small Claims Court of Manitoba and the Court of Queen's Bench of Manitoba, and has experience with Canada Labour Code adjudications, the Licence Suspension Appeal Board of Manitoba, and the Residential Tenancies Branch and Commission. His practice covers construction law, insurance law, personal injury, corporate and commercial litigation, employment and labour law, administrative law, bankruptcy litigation and estate litigation, along with residential and commercial real estate, wills, and uncontested family law matters.
