About Terry

Terry earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba in 1982 and his law degree from the same university in 1985. He began his career in Winnipeg with a focus on labour and employment law before returning to Steinbach in 1988, practising for ten years with the late Delbert Plett prior to becoming a founding partner of Loewen Henderson Banman Legault LLP. His practice centres on business, farm and real estate transactions, and wills and estates, with a particular interest in farm succession planning; he is a founding member of the local Canadian Association of Farm Advisors. Terry is also able to serve clients in German, including Low German.
