Administrative & Regulatory LawDavid grew up in southeastern Manitoba before moving to California at fifteen, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific. He was licensed to practise law in California in 1997 and remains an active member of the California State Bar. David returned to Manitoba in 1997 and was called to the bar in Manitoba in 1998, practising first at McNeill Banman Law Office and, since 2004, as a partner at Loewen Henderson Banman Legault LLP. His general practice emphasizes commercial transactions, wills and estates, and real estate, including condominium and municipal matters. He has served as a Steinbach city councillor for two terms and on the boards of the Steinbach Golf Club, the Jake Epp Public Library, and the Steinbach Chamber of Commerce.
