Christopher Considine, KC, has practised law in Victoria for more than 40 years. His career includes acting as special prosecutor in Regina v. Brassington before the Supreme Court of Canada, as counsel in Rodriguez v. Attorney General of British Columbia and Regina v. O'Connor, both also at the Supreme Court of Canada, and as chief commission counsel for the British Columbia Hydro Inquiry, the RCMP Public Complaints Commission, and the APEC Inquiry. His work has been the subject of books and films, and he has been covered by outlets including the CBC and Voice of America for his role representing Sue Rodriguez in her right-to-die case.
