About Julie

Julie Santarossa is a criminal defence lawyer who represents clients facing charges including drug possession, trafficking and importation, assault, sexual assault, impaired driving, and regulatory offences. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law in 2008 and was called to the Ontario Bar the same year. She began her career at Ducharme Fox LLP, working alongside criminal defence lawyer Patrick Ducharme, then joined Lockyer Campbell Posner in Toronto, a firm known for complex criminal appeals. She has conducted trials in the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and has litigated criminal appeals before the Ontario Court of Appeal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Forensic Archaeology from Bournemouth University in England.
