About Julia

Julia Herscovitch was born and raised in Calgary and obtained her law degree from the University of Alberta in 2009 before articling and then joining Kahane Law Office in 2010. She practices in residential and commercial real estate, assisting clients with sales, purchases, mortgage refinances and title transfers, and with reviewing and drafting purchase contracts, rent-to-own agreements and leases. She also maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, covering minute book reviews, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, corporate restructuring, and commercial lease and joint venture agreements.
