About Julia

Julia Harnadek joined Scott Petrie LLP as an associate in the firm's corporate-commercial group in August 2025, advising businesses and organizations on incorporation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and business contracts. Julia Harnadek earned an Honours B.A. from the University of Windsor before graduating cum laude from the Dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2024. During law school, Julia Harnadek served as a Student Mentor and School Ambassador and competed in professional sports contract negotiation competitions across the United States as part of the Sports Law Society.
