About David

David Couturier practices mainly in civil law, civil liability, municipal law, and public law. Couturier's experience as a litigator has led to numerous appearances before judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, including the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Quebec, and various administrative tribunals. Couturier also acts as prosecutor before the municipal court for several municipalities and regularly serves as a trainer and speaker at professional events. Couturier is an accredited mediator in small claims matters and in family law, helping clients pursue negotiated settlements.
