About Josh
Josh Dial is litigation counsel in DWF's Calgary office, where his practice centres on complex commercial disputes. He has acted as lead counsel before all levels of court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court of Canada, and he has significant experience with complex arbitrations and mediations. Josh advises on commercial real estate transactions, tenancy disputes, oil and gas contracts, multi-party construction disputes, shareholder disputes and defamation matters, including online defamation. He also maintains a growing e-sports and e-gaming practice. Josh earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Calgary and was called to the Alberta bar in 2014.
