About Josh
Josh Blatt is an associate in Osler's Corporate Group in the Montréal office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate and commercial matters, advising public and private companies, private equity firms and emerging high-growth companies on transactional and governance matters. Josh acts for clients on Canadian, U.S. and international acquisitions and dispositions, securities offerings, venture capital financings, strategic investments, reorganizations and joint ventures. He holds a B.C.L./J.D. from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, also from McGill, where he graduated with distinction, and he placed first on the Québec Bar's Honour Roll of Excellence for the highest mark on the 2020-2021 Québec Bar exams.
