About Todd

Todd S. Brayer joined Lundrie Brayer LLP in 2014 as an associate lawyer practising civil litigation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, the Tax Court, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and administrative tribunals including the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal and the Residential Tenancy Board. His practice covers civil litigation, family litigation, administrative law, tax litigation, judicial reviews, appeals, estate litigation and real estate litigation.
