About Joseph

Joseph Salmon is a partner at Lash Condo Law LLP whose practice covers the full range of condominium law, from complex turnover issues and common element deficiencies to Tarion claims, shared facility and noise disputes, and enforcement of condominium declarations and rules. As a condo unit owner and investor himself, he pays close attention to the cost of litigation while recognizing the value effective advocacy brings to corporations and their owners. He has represented condominium corporations at mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, and has appeared before every level of court in Ontario. His litigation work also extends to construction liens, defamation and slander claims, contested requisition meetings, wrongful dismissal, and insurance disputes.
