Krylov Lam & Company LLP is a Toronto personal injury firm with an office in North York. Its five partners and three associates handle motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful dismissal, and other negligence claims, along with accident benefit and long term disability claims, and the firm takes cases from across the Greater Toronto Area, the Golden Horseshoe, and southern Ontario. Between its lawyers, the firm can serve clients in English, Russian, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, Korean, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

The firm traces to 2001, when partner Michael Krylov opened a practice shortly after being called to the Ontario bar. It grew from there into a multi partner practice built entirely around plaintiff side litigation. Several of the partners came to the firm from the other side of the table: Joseph Lam's career started as defence counsel for insurance companies, Philip Suh acted as defence counsel for a number of insurers prior to joining Krylov & Company, and Richard Lebkowski worked at both a plaintiff personal injury firm and an insurance defence firm before joining. Partner Reynold Kim has practiced as a plaintiffs' personal injury lawyer since being called to the Ontario bar in 1992, arguing cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
