About Joseph
Joseph's practice focuses on general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on real property disputes, construction litigation including liens, and municipal law. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. While in law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Ontario Court of Justice, assisting judges with trials and appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2017 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018, having previously worked as an associate at Brazeau Seller LLP before joining LLF in 2022. Joseph belongs to the Peterborough Law Association, the Northumberland County Law Association, and the Advocacy Club.
