About Jordan

Jordan Altman advises clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, representing public and private companies as well as private equity firms on private M&A, venture capital, and restructuring transactions of varying sizes. He regularly advises international clients on doing business in Canada and has industry experience spanning telecommunications, financial services, entertainment, natural resources, energy, manufacturing, and engineering. Before joining Davies, he practised corporate and commercial law at the Montréal office of a Canadian business law firm. His past work includes WSP Global's C$1.4 billion acquisition of Golder Associates, Cirque du Soleil's US$1.2 billion sale to its secured creditors, and Cogeco's C$720 million sale of Cogeco Peer 1 to Digital Colony.
