About Alain

Alain Lancry was admitted to the Bar of the Province of Quebec in 1989 and was a partner at Levine Frishman Lancry for more than 25 years before joining Devine Schachter Polak as a partner. Over three decades he has pleaded civil and matrimonial law cases in Youth Court, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal. He is an accredited member of Quebec's Collaborative Law Process, formerly chaired the Quebec Bar Association's Committee of Oral Debates, and lectured in civil law at McGill University for more than ten years. He is proficient in both French and English.
