About Carolyn

Carolyn Polak graduated from McGill University's National Program with a degree in Civil and Common Law and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1986. Early in her career she practised exclusively in family law at Luterman, Stotland, Davis, and she has since pleaded before the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal. She has been an accredited Family Law Mediator since 1996 and is also an accredited Collaborative Family Lawyer, and she has taught Family Law at the McGill University Faculty of Law and continues to teach collaborative law to members of the Quebec Bar. She is bilingual in English and French.
