About Jonathan
Jonathan Pettit is an associate based in the Guelph office whose practice is concentrated in condominium law. He guides developers through project structuring, disclosure documentation and registration, and advises boards on governance, management and disputes such as lien enforcement and litigation. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a legal clerk, an experience that feeds into his practical, get-it-done style of advice. He also hosts the firm's SV Condo Webinar series, covering current developments in condominium law. Jonathan was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 after earning his J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2022. He also holds an M.A. and a B.A. (Hons.) from York University, and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Wellington County Law Association.
