About Jonas
Jonas McKay is a lawyer at HHBG Lawyers who helps clients with dismissals, workplace harassment, contract disputes, workplace discipline and investigations, pay and commission issues, disabilities, and human rights and privacy concerns. Before joining HHBG, Jonas practised for four years at a boutique employment law firm in Vancouver, winning employment law trials at the Supreme Court and obtaining judgments against the BC government, a municipality, and large corporations, and spent a year as in-house employment counsel for a multi-provincial employer-side firm. Jonas attended law school at the University of British Columbia and was called to the bar in 2006, after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria.
