Dr. Larry A. Reynolds is counsel at Cliffe Tobias, Barristers & Solicitors, based in Kimberley, BC. His practice includes environmental and constitutional matters. He was lead counsel in the prosecution following the Wabamun Lake rail derailment, the largest inland petroleum spill in Canadian history, which resulted in the largest penalty ever awarded under the Migratory Birds Convention Act. He was also co-counsel in a series of trials and appeals concerning bilingual legislative requirements in Alberta.
