Earle is from Red Bay, Labrador and is a member of NunatuKavut. He earned a BCOM (Co-op) from Memorial University in 2009 and a JD from the University of New Brunswick in 2012. He practices insurance law, real estate, civil litigation, municipal law, corporate and commercial matters, and estate planning, focusing on personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and land title issues. He formed Avalon Law Group with Susan Fisher in January 2022.
