About Ben

Ben advises clients on a wide range of civil and commercial litigation matters, with particular experience in insurance defence, contractual disputes, professional negligence claims, and alternative dispute resolution. He also prepares legal opinions on corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. He has appeared before the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and Small Claims Court and previously clerked at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2020 after earning his Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2019, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Lakehead University.
