About John

John Noseworthy is the founder of Noseworthy Law and a sole practitioner focused on criminal defence. He has more than two decades of experience defending Criminal Code and regulatory offences and has argued cases in all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador. He previously worked as a provincial and federal prosecutor. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie Law School and a Master of Laws specializing in Criminal Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.
