John M. Hogg, K.C. has practised law since being called to the British Columbia bar in 1974, and received the King's Counsel designation in 1989. John's practice covers civil, commercial, and estate litigation, criminal law, family law, and personal injury, and John has successfully concluded personal injury cases by settlement and trial, some in the range of $500,000 to $2,000,000. John is a life bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia, having served as an elected bencher from 1983 to 1993, and is a past director of the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia and the Legal Services Society of British Columbia. John has also served as past president of the Kamloops YMCA/YWCA.
