About Rick

Rick Garner is a general litigation and personal injury lawyer known in Kamloops for his approachable, hands-on style with clients. He grew up in northern BC, completed his undergraduate degree in Victoria, and studied law at the University of British Columbia. He moved to Kamloops in 1998 to practise personal injury law, handling both insurance defence and plaintiff work, and joined Gillespie & Company in 2003. Rick's practice today covers construction and builders liens, employment law, estate litigation, general litigation, and personal injury, with a particular focus on helping clients who have been in car accidents recover a fair and timely settlement.
