John H. Restall, Jr. is a former partner of Restall & Restall LLP who now acts as senior counsel. He earned a BA from the University of Winnipeg, graduated with his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, and was called to the bar in Winnipeg in June 1973. His practice has spanned civil and family law, residential and commercial transactions, incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, and the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration. He has served as a director and president of several community organizations in Winnipeg.
