John Coupar has practised law with Horne Coupar LLP since 1983, principally in wills and estate planning, incapacity planning, probate, and estate administration. He is a member of the firm's Inheritance and Incapacity Planning Group and the Estate Planning Council of Victoria, and a frequent guest lecturer. Born and raised in Victoria, he graduated from the University of Victoria with degrees in Philosophy (cum laude) and law, and is a second-generation lawyer at the firm.
