Personal InjuryJoel practises insurance defence and personal injury litigation as a partner at Sullivan Festeryga. He articled with the firm in 2010 and returned as a lawyer after his call to the bar in June 2011. His insurance work covers personal injury, property damage, commercial general liability, winter maintenance, and subrogation claims, along with coverage opinions, and he has an active Accident Benefits practice with numerous appearances at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, including catastrophic designation disputes.
