About Dana
Dana Weber Harvey obtained her law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and was called to the bar in 1991. Before law she worked as a newspaper journalist. She spent 15 years with Kane Shannon Weiler LLP in Surrey practising family law, real estate and wills and estates, and previously ran her own firm in Langley in the same areas. She has conducted hundreds of hearings and trials at all levels of BC's court system, drafted agreements and negotiated settlements, and has strata property experience both in conveyancing and financing and as a strata council president. She has served as a guest instructor for the Law Society's Professional Legal Training course and on several community boards.
