About Jim
Jim McCreight obtained his law degree from UBC in 1985, having previously earned a Forestry degree from UBC in 1978. He articled with Mair Jensen Blair in 1985, was called to the bar and admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1986, and became a partner in 1992. His general solicitor practice consists of commercial and residential real estate transactions, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law. Jim has looked after the firm's Clearwater branch office since 1986. He retired from the partnership in 2024 and continues his practice as a Senior Associate.
