About Jessie
Jessie Armour is an associate in Osler's Corporate group. Her work focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and other general corporate matters. Jessie completed her law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she assisted Professor Poonam Puri as a research assistant. She previously earned a business degree at Queen's University and worked in marketing for a large Canadian telecommunications company. Jessie joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articling term in 2022.
