About Jessica

Jessica Harding practises as a litigator in Osler's Montréal office. She completed her law degree and an undergraduate degree at the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law, along with a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences and a master's degree in pharmacology from the university's Faculty of Medicine. Harding's work centers on civil and commercial litigation, with particular focus on consumer class actions, product liability disputes, arbitration, and international private law. She has appeared before Québec's Access to Information Commission, various arbitral tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec, the Québec Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, representing clients including financial institutions, technology companies, and consumer product manufacturers in matters involving privacy, consumer protection, and product liability.
