Jeremy Budd is Of Counsel at Caravel Law, bringing senior-level experience in corporate and commercial matters along with international operations gained as in-house counsel. He played a lead role in the sale of U.S. assets to iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc., which stands as the largest public-to-public cannabis transaction in the United States. Jeremy has closed international M&A deals valued at over $150 million, from due diligence through post-closing integration across multiple jurisdictions, along with equity and debt financings worth more than $200 million. He has also handled a delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange paired with a listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange, tied to a company acquisition in the Arizona market. He holds an LLB/MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, and a BA from Huron University College at Western.
