Jenny acts in IP disputes for clients across a range of industries, including Patent Act and PM(NOC) Regulations proceedings, judicial reviews, and matters under the Trademarks Act and the Industrial Design Act. Jenny has appeared as counsel in the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
Pharmaceutical regulatory advice
Jenny advises clients on Patented Medicines Price Review Board matters and on other pharmaceutical regulatory questions, such as certificates of supplementary protection, data protection and patent listing.
