Jules Monteyne is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency group and is dual-qualified in Ontario and New York. He brings specialized expertise in complex secured transactions, securitization and cross-border financial transactions to his work representing debtors, monitors, receivers and secured creditors in formal insolvency proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Monteyne has particular expertise in pension and employee benefits issues that arise in commercial insolvencies and restructurings.
