About Jennifer

Jennifer Pelton co-founded Taylor Pelton and has practised law since 1994, focusing on general civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and ICBC claims in Duncan. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1994, both from the University of Saskatchewan. She is a longtime member of the Cowichan Valley Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC, and belongs to the Women Rainmakers Section on Vancouver Island. She has served on the Board of Governors of Queen Margaret's School since 2012 and has volunteered for years with the Cowichan Volunteer Society, the Cowichan Valley Performing Arts Foundation, and a pro bono lawyer consultant program in the Cowichan Valley.
