About Alison

Alison Taylor co-founded Taylor Pelton and practises general civil litigation in Duncan, including personal injury claims, insurance claims, estate litigation, and wrongful dismissal claims. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws from Queen's University in 2004, and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in May 2005. She is a member and past president of the Cowichan Valley Bar Association, a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Trial Lawyers of BC, and was an elected member of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Provincial Council from 2014 to 2017. She chairs a local charitable foundation and has served on the boards of the Cowichan United Way and the Cowichan Land Trust.
