About All Points Law

All Points Law is a small full service firm in Qualicum Beach, on Vancouver Island, practicing real estate, wills and estates, corporate, and family law. Ken Walker bought the practice from W.N. Poole in 1983 and ran it under the Walker name before partnering with Jack Wilson to form Walker Wilson. When Jennifer Hubbard became a partner, the firm was renamed Walker Hubbard, a name it kept for more than a decade before adopting All Points Law in 2021. The firm says that despite the name changes, the same lawyers still work out of the same office for the same clients as always.

Jennifer Hubbard has practiced law since 1994 and is both a solicitor and an Accredited Family Law Mediator and Accredited Elder Law Mediator, handling real estate, wills and estates, and family mediation. Cal Burkosky, an associate who grew up in Qualicum Beach, focuses on real estate along with wills, estates, and civil litigation, and spent a decade as a wildfire fighter before moving into law. Ken Walker, who began practicing in Saskatoon in 1977, continued in Qualicum Beach until retiring in November 2023 after four decades there.
