Jennifer Costin has over 20 years of experience as a workplace investigator and lawyer, guiding clients through the employment relationship from recruitment to exit. The practice has a specific focus on workplace investigations, conducted locally and nationally across sectors including education, healthcare, government, technology, manufacturing, not-for-profit and retail. Jennifer Costin is listed on the Canada Labour Code's Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Registry of Investigators and also advises and coaches internal investigators conducting their own investigations. Jennifer Costin graduated from the law school at the University of Ottawa in 2002 and set up practice in London, Ontario, where the Middlesex Law Association recognized Jennifer Costin as a Rising Star early in the career. Jennifer Costin has been named one of the Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment law from 2022 through 2025.
