About Jenna
Jenna Preston is a partner at Nelligan Law's Family Law Group who has practised family law since being called to the bar in 2014. She has particular experience with complex financial issues facing separating couples who own a business or hold shares in one, collaborating with business valuators, corporate lawyers, forensic accountants, and tax specialists. Preston received the "Ones to Watch" designation in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers, an award recognizing lawyers within their first ten years of practice.
