About Jenna

Jenna Khoury-Hanna is an associate lawyer at Kinch Eddie Litigation focusing on civil litigation with an emphasis on municipal, land use, and planning law. She articled with the City of Thunder Bay and worked as a research assistant in planning, land use, and food law before earning her Master of Laws in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources, with high honours, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She holds a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from Acadia University. Khoury-Hanna received the Gowling WLG Joel Taller Prize for Emerging Voices in Food Law in 2019 and serves on the board of the Canadian Association of Food Law and Policy. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and chairs the library committee of the Northumberland County Law Association.
