About Grace

Grace Missen is an associate lawyer at Kinch Eddie Litigation focusing on employment, estate, and civil litigation matters, and she takes a client-centred approach that keeps individuals informed and in control of their case outcomes. She began her legal career in labour and employment law in Toronto, where she also gained experience in elder law and pro bono work with vulnerable populations. Missen earned her Juris Doctor at Queen's University's Faculty of Law, where she received the highest mark in her wills and estates course, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science with a major in Adult Development and a minor in Criminal Justice and Public Policy. Originally from Cobourg and now living in Brighton, she is a member of Young Women in Law.
